General / A few tips for the outsiders

Hola!
I felt like sharing my thoughts of what I would do if I was an outsider.
Create your own RP scenarios. If you proof that you can do more than being involved in scenarios started by others, you're on your path of getting jumped in. It's really important to be able to start your own RP scenarios. Que made a nice topic with a list with examples of RP. You can do whatever you like, just keep it within the rules
Watch your attitude.
Some people got characters who are really aggressive, some got calm ones. Make sure your character isn't really aggressive or bossy when you're an outsider. Frankie has an aggressive character, he can flame everyone, f**k with everyone because we all know he has no intentions of flaming us for real. When you're new and you start flaming and insulting us, and you call it a joke, we won't take it that easily as it's quite unreasonable if a fresh member is insulting the boss, right?
Further I'd say, cease talking on /p. It can only get you in trouble. I've been banned before for trolling on /p which I regret. /p is fun, but try to focus on the local chat. If you want to debate, join your local debating club.
